1. Digital Products
All products sold on Charpata (including PDFs, mockups, templates, assets, and downloadable files) are digital.
Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, the sale is final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided for digital products.
This policy exists because digital files cannot be returned once delivered.
2. Services (Design, Development & Automation)
For services such as:
Graphic design
Web development
Automation tools & setup
The following refund rules apply:
No refunds once work has started.
If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at Charpata’s discretion.
No refunds will be provided for:
Completed work
Delivered milestones
Delays caused by missing client information or feedback
3. Technical Issues
If you experience a genuine technical issue with a digital product (e.g., corrupted file), please contact us.
We will:
Fix the issue, or
Re-deliver the product
Refunds are not guaranteed for technical issues but will be handled fairly.
