চারপাতা ডিজিটাল (Charpata Digital) একটি স্বাধীন ডিজিটাল পণ্য সরবরাহকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান। আমরা যেসব সফটওয়্যার, কোর্স, ডিজাইন টেমপ্লেট ও অন্যান্য ডিজিটাল সামগ্রী সরবরাহ করি, সেগুলোর অধিকাংশ পাবলিকলি পাওয়া যায় অথবা আমাদের নিজস্বভাবে তৈরি বা মডিফাই করা।
১. তৃতীয় পক্ষের পণ্য
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে যে কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের পণ্য, সফটওয়্যার বা ব্র্যান্ডের নাম ব্যবহৃত হয়ে থাকলে, তা শুধুমাত্র চিত্রণ বা পরিচয়ের উদ্দেশ্যে। আমরা কোনো অফিসিয়াল প্রতিনিধি বা অথরাইজড রিসেলার নই, যদি না স্পষ্টভাবে তা উল্লেখ করা হয়।

আমরা যে রিল ভিডিওগুলো সরবরাহ করি সেগুলো সাধারণ গাইডলাইন অনুযায়ী কপিরাইট ফ্রি বলে গণ্য করা হয়। তবে সেগুলোর ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের দেওয়া গাইডলাইন অনুসরণ করা বাধ্যতামূলক। যেকোনো ভুল এডিট, অপব্যবহার, বা নিয়ম না মানার কারণে কপিরাইট ক্লেইম বা স্ট্রাইক এলে তার সম্পূর্ণ দায় কাস্টোমারের নিজের। আমরা কোনো ধরনের আইনি বা প্ল্যাটফর্ম সংক্রান্ত সমস্যার দায়ভার গ্রহণ করি না।
